Okay, here's some baby picture comparisons. Alex is 7 weeks in his and Abby is 8 weeks in hers. I made them black and white because Alex's was rather faded in color.
Ya, she must have some of you in her. She doesn't have Alex's mouth, nose or forehead. The eyes are such a strong feature and her's look so much like Alex that it's easy to see the Alexness, the Suz is just a little harder to see right off, but definitely there. Oliva had me look at your baby picture on facebook, I think shes a pretty good hybrid.
Ari looked just like me when he was little, then around the age of 1 her turned into Joe. Kids.

I think she's still got a little of you in her. And remember that she got those organs from Alex's chromosome :-p
